The role of the Customer Support Specialist will include:
n
n
Answer inbound customer calls, webchats and emails professionally and efficiently
n
Provide basic troubleshooting using the Technical User Guide and elevate to the Service Desk where required
n
Provide quotes to customers,



process and track orders and ensure all service delivery targets are met and exceeded
n
Work very closely with teams across the organisation including Sales, Service Desk, Deployment and Management
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will need:
n
n
Very strong Customer Service and Communication skills and ability to take ownership of outcomes for customers
n
Ability to identify basic technical issues and apply guided troubleshooting with Customers and elevate as required
n
Experience using webchat, E-Automate or Insight are not to have but not required
n
Experience working in a similar customer focused role
