Our Guest Services & Ticketing team are the face of Adventure Park!
As a Guest Services & Ticketing team member, you will live and breathe fun and lead the way for guests to create memorable experiences with friends and family. A guest's experience is influenced heavily by their first impressions, and you're it.
The role encompasses a variety of different areas and positions within the park, and so flexibility to work where allocated on any given day is an essential part of the role. A shift on any given day can involve:

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services
: Provide exceptional customer service, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience at the park.
Ticketing
: Assist with ticket sales, entry, and providing accurate event information.
Retail
: Support retail operations, including replenishing and maintaining displays, and helping guests with purchases of park merchandise.
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Available to work weekends, evenings,



and during the school holidays (must be flexible)

Requirements:
Must be
18 years or older
, before December 1, ****.
Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check*.
Excellent personal presentation.
Strong awareness of safety and a commitment to guest service.
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and team mindset.
Exceptional availability
