We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse / Cosmetic Nurse to join our aesthetics team.
We're not looking for someone who simply performs treatments.
We're looking for a nurse who can consult, assess, educate and create considered treatment plans — someone who understands that the best aesthetic results often come from knowing when to treat, what to treat and, just as importantly, when to recommend less.
At Browskii, our approach is centred around natural, considered results, skin health and long-term client relationships.
You'll work alongside an established team across advanced skin treatments, laser and aesthetics, allowing us to look beyond a single treatment and consider the client's face and skin as a whole.
The Role
Perform cosmetic consultations and develop individualised treatment plans
Deliver cosmetic injectable and regenerative aesthetic treatments within your qualifications and scope of practice
Take a full-face approach to assessment rather than simply treating from a price list
Educate clients on what will — and won't — benefit them
Build strong, long-term relationships with your clients through excellent results, communication and follow-up
Work collaboratively with our skin team to create treatment plans incorporating both cosmetic and advanced skin treatments where appropriate
Maintain exceptional clinical standards, documentation and client careParticipate in ongoing education, training and team development
Contribute to the growth of our aesthetics department and your own client base
Who We're Looking For
You may already have an established clientele, or you may be an experienced injector looking for the right clinic to really build one.
Either way,



we're looking for someone who:
Is a current AHPRA Registered Nurse
Has demonstrated cosmetic injecting experience
Has strong facial assessment and consultation skills
Produces beautiful, balanced and natural-looking results
Understands facial anatomy and the reasoning behind their treatment decisions
Is confident having honest conversations — including recommending less when less is appropriate
Values education, safety and ethical practice
Understands the importance of rebooking, retention and building long-term client relationships
Is proactive and motivated rather than waiting for a full column to be handed to them
Enjoys working collaboratively with skin therapists and other aesthetic professionals
Wants to continue learning and evolving clinically
Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely cares about their craft.
