About the Role

As Service Leader, you'll:

Lead and support a team of educators to deliver engaging, high-quality programs
n
Build strong relationships with children, families and the school community
n
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
n
Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and child-safe practices
n
Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
n
Mentor and develop educators to help them thrive
n
Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture
n
Champion children's wellbeing, learning and sense of belonging

About You
n
We're looking for a confident and collaborative leader who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for children, families and educators.
n
You'll have:
n
n
A Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
n
Experience leading or mentoring teams within OSHC, Early Childhood Education or a related setting
n
A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework
n
Experience supporting quality improvement, compliance and service operations
n
A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
n
