Full Time Solid Plasterer

Salary $ 79,423 + SUPERANNUATION

SUMMARY
n
This role involves carrying out solid plastering works on various construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistent and high-quality finishes in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Preparing work areas and ensuring surfaces are ready for plastering
n
Mixing materials and selecting the appropriate products for each job
n
Applying plaster using different techniques depending on the surface
n
Ensuring straight edges, clean corners, and smooth finishes
n
Carrying out patching and touch-ups when required
n
Installing and working safely with scaffolding and equipment
n
Maintaining tools and keeping the work area clean and organised
n




Following instructions from site supervisors and project requirements
n
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines
n

Skill & Experience
n
n
At least 2 years of experience in solid plastering or rendering
n
Good understanding of different plastering methods and materials
n
Ability to produce neat and consistent finishes
n
Reliable, punctual and able to work on construction sites
n
Valuable communication skills and ability to work in a team
n
Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
n
Relevant qualification (preferred but not essential)
