The role
King Henry is a four-person Platinum HubSpot Solutions Partner working with Australian SMB and mid-market clients.
This role sits at the technical heart of it:
Portal architecture, journey mapping, workflow logic, multi-system integrations
Full ownership of your projects, from strategy to handover
In the room on pre-sales, making sure what gets sold is deliverable
Setting delivery standards and developing the team
What you'll own in your first six months

A delivery function that's measurably faster and more consistent
You'll be a fit if you
Have
2+ years hands-on in HubSpot
, across the platform, not just portal setup
Have delivered complex implementations that still work six months after handover
Can turn an incomplete brief into a solution that holds, and chase the inputs you need
Talk to clients about technical problems without hiding behind agency jargon
Flag problems early
Understand how scope, effort and commercial terms interact
Are
based in Melbourne
with full Australian work rights
