Job Description
We have an outstanding prospect for a Civil Site Foreman to undertake a series of road & civil infrastructure projects in the Hervey Bay region. Reporting to the Project Engineer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling resources to ensure the successful delivery of key project objectives, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key responsibilities
n
Supervise and coordinate site personnel, leading continuous improvement efforts in line with the project program
n
Effectively manage resources and implement best practices on-site
n
Demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to solve problems with deductive reasoning and analytical thinking
n
Adapt to changing deadlines and priorities while ensuring tasks are completed effectively
n
About you
n
Min 10 years civil construction experience (roads, drainage,



concrete, earthworks, etc)
n
Site and people management expertise
n
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Excellent problem-solving abilities
n
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively
n
Exposure to WHS, Quality & Process Improvement Management
n
