We're building something new.

CORONIS Realty is establishing a new office in Newstead, and we're looking for an Associate to join me at the very beginning.
n
This is not a role where you spend your days chasing paperwork, making coffees and being told to "get your foot in the door".
n
You'll be helping build the door.
n
Working alongside me, you'll be involved in creating new business opportunities, building relationships, prospecting, developing our presence in Newstead and learning what it actually takes to build a successful real estate business from the ground up.
n
The bigger picture?

You'll be trained, mentored and developed to become an agent in your own right, with the intention of joining the new CORONIS Newstead office from its inception.
n
And importantly, you're not working for me - You're partnering with me.
n
I'm looking for someone ambitious, switched-on and entrepreneurial who wants to learn the business properly and ultimately build something of their own.
n
You don't necessarily need years of real estate experience.
n
In fact, this role could be perfect for someone looking to make their first serious move into real estate.
n
What matters more is personality, ambition, presentation and attitude.
n
You'll need to:

Be confident, personable and naturally good with people
n
Have an appetite for business development and creating opportunities
n
Be ambitious without taking yourself too seriously
n
Be polished, stylish and impeccably presented

Have excellent communication skills
n
Be organised, energetic and willing to learn
n
Have completed a real estate registration certificate or willingness to obtain one
n
Have a genuine interest in property, people and the Newstead market
n
Be comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation
n
Have a sense of humour. A very significant one.
n

And yes, style and chicness are imperative.
n
We're building a boutique real estate brand that is considered, contemporary and a little bit different. If your idea of corporate attire is a shiny polyester suit and a novelty tie, this probably isn't your moment.
