We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Car Carrier Driver to join our growing operation, transporting vehicles throughout Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Emerald and regional Queensland.
n

The Role
n
You'll be responsible for safely and professionally transporting vehicles using an HR car carrier, with work covering Brisbane, Sunshine coast, regional Queensland and occasional longer-distance runs.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Safely operating an HR car carrier and 4-car trailer
n
Loading, unloading and securely restraining vehicles
n
Completing pre-start and post-trip inspections
n
Ensuring all vehicles are transported safely and without damage
n
Following NHVR, fatigue management and road safety requirements
n
Completing accurate vehicle condition reports and transport paperwork
n
Communicating professionally with customers, dealerships and collection points
n
Representing EDI Auto Logistics professionally at every job
n
Keeping your truck clean, safe and well presented
n
Working closely with our operations team to keep deliveries running smoothly
n
Occasional overnight stays when required
n

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and takes pride in their work.

You will need:
n
n




Current HR licence – essential
n
Minimum 6 months car-carrying experience
n
Experience operating car carriers or vehicle transport equipment
n
A strong safety record and professional driving attitude
n
The ability to safely load, unload and secure vehicles
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
The ability to work independently while being part of a team
n
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
n
A professional attitude and pride in representing the EDI brand
n
n
HC licence and semi-trailer car-carrying experience will be highly regarded.
