About the Role:

This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Payroll & People Operations Specialist to join a dynamic team. The role is evenly split between payroll processing and People Operations support, offering variety, ownership, and exposure across stakeholders.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing end‐to‐end payroll
n
Supporting employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
n
Responding to employee queries regarding payroll, leave, policies, and benefits
n
Preparing HR documentation such as contracts and offer letters
n
Coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
n




Maintaining employee data and supporting reporting and audit requirements
n
n
This role is suited to someone detail-oriented, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast‐paced international environment. ADP Celergo experience is ideal.

About You:
n
n
Proven experience managing full-function payroll
n
Hands‐on experience with ADP Celergo
n
Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and employment legislation
n
Background in HR or People Operations with experience supporting day‐to‐day HR administration
n
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
n
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with teams across multiple time zones
n
