Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing end-to-end billing and Accounts Receivable processes
n
Handling a low-volume, high-value customer portfolio
n
Preparing accurate invoices, statements, and billing reports
n




Managing debtor collections, account reconciliations, and banking activities
n
Acting as the key contact for billing and revenue-related queries
n
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
n
Assisting with month-end journals, reporting, and audit requirements
n
Producing revenue analysis and reporting insights
n
Identifying process improvement initiatives and efficiencies
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable and billing roles
n
Previous experience within an ASX-listed or large corporate environment highly regarded
n
Solid experience managing high-value customer accounts
n
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of processes
n
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
n
Experience with Xero or similar ERP/accounting systems advantageous
n
