Job Description
Odyssey Victoria is seeking a Duty Worker to support the Therapeutic Community in Lower Plenty.
The role involves after-hours residential operations, liaison with staff and residents, and ensuring safe, therapeutic engagement in a busy TC setting.
The role requires flexibility for weekends/overnight shifts, with meals provided on-site and a competitive hourly rate of $*****–$***** plus superannuation.
