Rodd & Gunn Store Manager - Myer Indooroopilly
Rodd & Gunnis seeking a committed and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our flagship store located withinMyer Indooroopilly,Queensland.
As theStore Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full-time role based in our Indooroopilly location.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects ofstore operations, including staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
Coach, motivate and developa talented retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Implement effective strategiesto drive sales and profitability, while enhancing the brand's in-store presence
Ensurecompliancewith all company policies, procedures and legal requirements
Collaboratewith the regional and head office teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
Provide regularperformance reports and analyticsto support business decision-making
What we're looking for
Significantexperience (3+ years)in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sectors




Proven track recordof achieving sales targets and effectively managing a retail team
Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills
Robust analyticaland problem-solving abilities to identify and implement business improvements
