The role working closely with an experienced Strata Manager, you'll provide day‐to‐day support across a portfolio of buildings while developing your career in strata.
Your Duties
Assist the Strata Community Manager with the day to day management of the portfolio
Provide support to our clients, which may be owners, onsite caretakers or committee members
Document preparation prior and post meetings through an electronic cloud-based platform - agendas and minutes




Client interactions - emails and phone calls.
Distribution of correspondence.Attend meetings, where required
Arranging quote requests and work orders for maintenance requests and compliance requirements
About You
Experience instrata administration, real estate, or property managementis desirable, but not essential
Alternatively, you bringstrong transferable skillsand a genuine interest in the property/strata sector
A positive, can‐do attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong written skills with the ability to draft transparent and professional correspondence
Resilient, organised, and able to work to deadlines
High level of personal presentation and strong verbal communication
