View Melbourne, part of View Hotel Group, seeks an experienced Duty Manager to lead the Front Office on a rotating morning/evening schedule in a 206-room property. You will be the on-shift senior decision-maker handling guest experience, operations, and team leadership without overnight shifts.
You'll oversee check-in/out, room allocation, escalations, and inter-department coordination to maintain standards across the shift. A current RSA and First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain are required.
