Join the Pit Crew at Clutch Racing - Gold Coast's recent sim racing venue
Clutch Racing is opening in Coomera (opposite Westfield) in October ****: 24 premium racing simulators, a full bar and kitchen, weekly race nights and championships, corporate events and motorsport watch parties. We're building our launch crew now.
The role
Pit Crew are the front line. You'll look after guests from the moment they walk in - drinks, food, getting them strapped into a sim and running on time, and keeping the energy up on race nights. It's hospitality with a motorsport twist.
What you'll do
Greet guests and deliver fast, friendly service
Bar and food service (barista or cocktail skills a bonus)
Get guests set up on simulators and keep sessions running to time
Support events, tournaments and watch parties
Keep the venue clean, tidy and race-ready
What we're after
Confident, friendly,



switched-on with customers
Reliable and available evenings and weekends
Current RSA (or willing to get one before start)
Hospitality/bar experience preferred; POS familiarity handy
Into cars, motorsport or sim racing? Even better - but not essential
What you get
$33 - $45 per hour including casual loading (Amusement, Events and Recreation Award)
Be part of the opening team at a first-of-its-kind venue
Staff seat time on the sims, race nights etc.
Training provided before launch
