This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a successful commercial builder delivering quality projects across Sydney.

The business has grown strongly through repeat clients, quality delivery and long-term relationships. They're now looking for an experienced PM who wants genuine project ownership and the opportunity to grow with the company.

The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for commercial projects from pre-construction through to completion, leading experienced site and project teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
n
You'll have the autonomy to run your projects properly, backed by experienced management and established systems.
n
The company works across a genuinely interesting mix of projects, including high-end commercial fitouts, hospitality, entertainment, education and larger construction projects.

About You
n
We're looking for an experienced commercial Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership and building strong relationships.

You'll bring:

A strong portfolio of commercial projects
n
Solid Contracts Administration background
n
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
n
Excellent client and subcontractor relationships
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
