What do we expect from you?
You are able to have fun, while maintaining relationships with other educators, children, families and management.
You are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic
You are flexible and reliable with hours between 7am - 6pm
You are respectful and able to work collaboratively amongst the team




You have proven ability to create programs and write observations and follow-ups on children's development
You hold a current first aid and CPR certificates
You hold a valid WWCC
You are nurturing toward the children and create a safe environment
Comprehensive knowledge of mandatory reporting obligations, child secure practices and the ability to recognise, respond and report concerns in line with legislative requirements.
You have sound knowledge and understanding of the EYLF & NQS and the ability to apply these in daily practice
