Black Bear Solutions is currently seeking Maintenance Fitters. This is a fantastic chance to secure a genuine temp to perm position at a leading Sydney food manufacturing facility. There are multiple opportunities for career advancement for superstar performers.
Duties include
Complete activities for production startups and/or shutdown
Conduct Root Cause Analysis with automation technicians and engineering
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and general mechanical tasks
Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
Food manufacturing or industrial industry experience
Ability to weld (TIG and MIG) and carry out minor fabrication work
Experience with automated plant and mechanical machine timing
