Barwon Health's Community Mental Health Team is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide recovery‐oriented, community‐based care for individuals with moderate to severe mental illness. You will work in a senior, supportive multidisciplinary team across the Bellarine Peninsula to ensure coordinated, timely and person‐centred support.
