Synergie is seeking anHR Truck Driver (Front & Hook Lift)for aleading waste and recycling services organisationlocated in Emerald.
The important parts:
Shift:Monday – Friday,5:00am to 1:00pm, with overtime available
What you will be required to do:
You will be supporting day-to-day waste collection operations across the wider region, ensuring safe, efficient, and skilled service delivery.
Operate HR collection vehicles including Front Lift and Hook Lift systems
Complete daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on vehicles and equipment
Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
Manage protected loading/unloading procedures and interact professionally with clients
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant work environment
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold anUnrestricted HR Licence (AUS)orClass 4 (NZ)as a minimum
Have aclean driving recordand experience operating heavy vehicles
Be confident multi-tasking and manually operating truck controls




Be willing to work some rostered weekend shifts when required
Have full working rights in Australia
Have reliable transport to get to work on time
Demonstrate a strong safety mindset and commitment to Zero Harm
Required PPE: Long sleeve shirt, long drill pants, high-vis, and steel-capped boots.
