Ezyframe Sheds is a trusted local supplier of premium sheds across North Western NSW. We design and deliver high-quality standard and custom-built rural, commercial and industrial sheds and garages to customers across NSW.

We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Shed Manager to take ownership of our Tamworth branch.
n
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You'll manage customer relationships, drive shed sales, coordinate orders and projects, and keep the day-to-day branch operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and our team at Metroll to make sure every project is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
n
A fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
n
About the role
n
You'll take ownership of the branch from initial customer enquiry through to order and delivery. You'll build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and make sure projects stay on track.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Drive shed sales and manage customer enquiries and orders from start to finish
n
Conduct customer visits and site meetings across the region
n
Prepare accurate quotes and process orders efficiently
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
n
Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, stock and supply timelines
n
Manage banking, invoicing and assist with debt collection
n
Maintain accurate stock records, spreadsheets and filing systems
n
Coordinate day-to-day branch operations and administration
n
Work closely with Metroll to coordinate supply and project requirements
n
Identify opportunities to grow the branch and strengthen the local customer base
n

About you




n
You'll be a confident and organised operator who enjoys dealing with customers, solving problems and taking ownership.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Proven experience in sales, customer service or branch management
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to sales
n
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
n
Accounts, invoicing or bookkeeping experience
n
Strong IT skills, with Pronto experience highly regarded
n
Experience in the building, steel or construction industry highly regarded
n
CAD drawing experience will be an advantage
n
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
Most importantly, you'll be practical, reliable and customer-focused. You'll be comfortable getting involved, making decisions and seeing things through.
