About the role (Disability Support Worker / SIL Support Worker)
You will provide disability support in SIL and community settings, including:
Personal care and daily living support
Community access, appointments and social support
Supporting independence and skill development
Maintaining a safe, clean home setting
Emotional support and positive behaviour encouragement

What we’re looking for (AIN / Support Worker requirements)
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
AINs and experienced support workers strongly encouraged to apply
Minimum 12 months experience in disability support (preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Full Australian working rights
