An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a medium-sized Residential Aged Care home located near Maitland.

This is a great prospect to join a large and well-established Not-for-Profit provider in a fully compliant home with a clear and supportive leadership structure.

Facility Manager → Care Manager → Registered Nurses → Care Staff

The Prospect

As a Registered Nurse working permanent night shifts, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality clinical care throughout the night.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality clinical care to residents overnight
Completing clinical assessments and responding to changing resident needs
Supporting medication management and clinical documentation
Working collaboratively with care staff to ensure residents' needs are met




Responding appropriately to clinical incidents and escalating concerns where required
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
Supporting a safe, comfortable and positive setting for residents

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have:
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Previous experience within Residential Aged Care
Full Australian Working Rights
Robust clinical knowledge and communication skills
A compassionate, resident-focused approach
The ability to work confidently and autonomously during night shifts
