Project Manager – Digital Transformation Sydney | 6-Month Contract | $840 per day including super

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale digital transformation program, taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery of multiple digital and integration workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
n

Take ownership of the day-to-day project delivery across 1–2
digital/integration
workstreams.
n
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery schedules.
n
Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders to drive delivery against agreed outcomes.
n
Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies and actions through to resolution.
n
Proactively identify delivery risks and implement actions to keep projects on track.
n
Facilitate project meetings, workshops and delivery forums, ensuring clear outcomes and follow-up actions.
n
Track project progress, deliverables, milestones and key dependencies across multiple workstreams.
n
Coordinate interdependencies between digital teams, projects and broader program activities.
n
Provide regular project updates, reporting and status presentations to senior stakeholders.
n
Work closely with business and digital SMEs to clarify requirements, resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.
n
Ensure project documentation,



governance artefacts and delivery repositories are maintained.
n
Support the Senior Delivery Lead and Program Manager with broader program planning and governance.
n
Proactively chase actions, challenge delays and elevate issues where required.
n
Drive projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved.

About You
n
You will be a hands-on and delivery-focused Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership, getting into the detail and coordinating multiple teams to deliver digital projects successfully.
n
You will have:
n
n
Strong experience as a Project Manager within digital, transformation or integration environments.
n
No more than 6-8 years exp.
n
We will not be looking for a Senior PM for this role. More of a Project Manager.
n
Proven experience managing projects or workstreams from planning through to delivery.
n
Robust project planning, delivery tracking and governance experience.
n
Experience managing RAID, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and project plans.
n
Experience coordinating multiple teams, squads or workstreams.
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Experience working in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment.
n
Highly organised
