Panorama Radiology Specialists is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and service-focused radiology receptionist to join our comprehensive multimodality radiology clinic at Benowa on the Gold Coast on a fulltime basis. Our doctor-owned clinic is operated by a friendly, highly experienced team committed to providing exceptional service and patient care using comprehensive state of the art medical imaging technology.
Key responsibilities
Scheduling appointment bookings and processing billings
Efficiently and accurately enter and process patient data
Scheduling bookings and managing procedural enquiries
Engaging effectively and respectfully with referring clinicians and patients
Communicating and collaborating with Imaging Technologist and Radiologist doctor staff
Supporting the principal Radiologist and Business Manager to optimise efficiency, workflow and patient care
About you




A minimum of 12 months radiology receptionist experience is required
Outstanding customer communication skills, excellent organisational skills, efficiency and focus in a busy work setting
Respect for fellow team members, patients and referring clinicians
Ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively within a supportive team environment
A positive and enthusiastic outlook, and a high standard of presentability
Preferably experience with Karisma radiology RIS software system
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in person and on telephone calls
An understanding of Medicare billings in the radiology space
A high level of attention to detail
