Northern Rivers Community Legal Centre - Lismore NSW
NRCLC has an exciting new chance within our Legal and Tenancy Team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help us provide clients with a welcoming entry point to NRCLC. You will provide information on a wide range of matters and refer clients to appropriate services or if appropriate to our Senior Intake Officer and/or Advocacy Team for further assistance. You will also contribute to continuously improving our ways of working as our service model evolves.
This role is based in Lismore on Bundjalung Country.

Communicate effectively with clients to sensitively identify legal matters, assess and address their needs and provide a positive experience.

Be able to work autonomously under limited supervision and balance priorities.
