This is an exciting opportunity to build a team, establish a strong store culture and make your mark from day one.

The Chance
n
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's performance, team and customer experience. You'll lead by example, develop a high-performing team and drive commercial results across all areas of the business.

This is a Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday role.
n
What You'll Be Responsible For
n
n
Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
n
Drive store performance through KPIs, commercial decision‐making and team engagement
n
Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high‐performing team
n
Manage rosters, wages and day‐to‐day store operations
n
Maintain strong visual merchandising, stock control and operational standards
n




Build genuine customer relationships and create an exceptional in‐store experience
n
Foster a positive, inclusive and high‐energy team culture
n
Lead by example and represent the brand with confidence
n

What They're Looking For
n
You will be someone who:
n
n
Has 2+ years' Store Management experience, ideally within fashion retail
n
Is passionate about fashion, styling and customer experience
n
Has a proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
n
Is confident recruiting, coaching and developing a team
n
Understands the commercial side of retail, including budgets and wage management
n
Is an engaging and proactive leader who leads from the front
n
Thrives in a fast‐paced environment and brings positivity and resilience
n
