The Manager - WAVES, Systems is responsible for leading the development, implementation and delivery of effective systems for the hazard of work-related aggression and violence.

The incumbent will be responsible for a agile, responsive and cross-functional team, who will provide advice, project management and stakeholder engagement to enable the achievement of strategic objectives.

What you need

experience in leadership and management including Performance and Development Plans (PDPs), recruitment, work planning.

an understanding and experience in legislative processes, cabinet submissions and other public service workflows.
