What You'll Do
Create beautiful cuts, colours, foils, treatments and styles
Build loyal client relationships through outstanding service




Manage appointments and work towards salon targets
Mentor and support junior team members and apprentices
Share techniques, product knowledge and industry trends
Maintain high standards of salon presentation, hygiene and safety
Contribute to a welcoming, positive and professional salon culture
What You'll Bring
Experience as a qualified hairdresser or stylist
A recognised hairdressing qualification or equivalent certification
Strong skills across cutting, colouring, foiling and styling
A passion for current trends, techniques and beautiful results
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Confidence mentoring or supporting junior team members
A professional, reliable and team-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
