We are seeking an energetic and results-driven
Branch Manager
to lead and grow our branch operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on developing people, increasing sales performance, driving installation excellence, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
You'll be responsible for leading a team across sales, administration, and installation while maintaining high operational standards and delivering profitable business growth.

About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of branch performance with a strong focus on:
Growing sales revenue and improving conversion rates
Managing and developing sales and installation teams
Delivering exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction
Driving branch profitability and business growth
Maintaining operational excellence and company standards
Building a positive, high-performance workplace culture
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Growth
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Monitor and improve sales conversion rates
Drive accountability and a results-focused sales culture
Analyse branch performance data to identify growth opportunities
Develop and implement local business development initiatives
Manage branch budgets, margins, and profitability
Installation Operations
Oversee installation scheduling and delivery
Ensure installations are completed to a high standard




Monitor and reduce installation costs without compromising quality
Manage subcontractor relationships and compliance requirements
Ensure installation paperwork, job completion records, and quality documentation are maintained
Proactively manage reworks and warranty issues
Customer Service Excellence
Resolve customer issues, disputes, and complaints professionally
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews
Ensure customer enquiries and service tickets are managed promptly
Create a customer-first culture focused on positive outcomes
Maintain strong communication throughout the customer journey
People Leadership
Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff
Conduct performance management and mentoring
Foster a positive and accountable team environment
Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
Coordinate ongoing product and system training
Operational Management
Manage showroom presentation and standards
Monitor branch expenses and budgets
Oversee payroll processes, timesheets, commissions, and contractor claims
Complete reporting requirements and performance analysis
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong track record of growing sales and improving business performance
Experience leading customer-facing teams
Excellent people management and coaching skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability
High levels of organisation and attention to detail
A hands-on, proactive management style
Excellent communication and leadership skills
