The opportunity
n
n
Lead and manage a region with a robust SEE presence
n
Put your sales and relationship building skills to good use working with referral agencies, employers and community associations to increase participation
n
Management of staff to support them and ensure success in their roles
n
Ensure effective utilisation of trainers, classrooms and class scheduling to maximise our offering through the region
n
n
About you
n
n
Proven experience in managing teams to drive positive results and meet budget requirements. Experience in the education/training sector is preferred,



but not compulsory
n
A minimum of 3-5 years of team management experience is required
n
Review, manage and be accountable for KPI's and the plan for your region
n
Experience and ability to empower, engage and support your team across multiple locations by building effective and positive working relationships
n
Have a strong grasp on business development and the ability to drive KPI's to achieve desired outcomes
n
Exposure to business development experience is required
n
Knowledge of government training contracts and compliance requirements would be advantageous
n
A Working with Children Check is required before commencement of employment.
