Job Description
We are seeking a keen and reliable Apprentice Locksmith to join our growing team.

This is a hands‐on role where you will learn all aspects of the locksmithing trade while working alongside experienced locksmiths. You will have the opportunity to develop practical skills, work with a variety of tools and equipment, and gain experience dealing with customers and different types of locksmithing jobs.

Installation, repair and servicing of locks and security hardware

Key cutting and key duplication
n
Rekeying and master key systems
n
Residential and commercial locksmithing
n
Lockouts and entry work
n
Door hardware and security products
n
Using locksmithing tools and equipment
n
Diagnosing and solving a range of locksmithing problems
n
Providing professional and friendly customer service
n
General workshop and vehicle organisation
n

Is practical and enjoys working with their hands

Has good problem‐solving skills and attention to detail

Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team

Is comfortable working in different locations and environments

Has good communication and customer service skills

Takes pride in their work and is willing to learn

Previous experience is not essential. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are more significant to us.
