We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our agile team at the Endodontic Group in Brisbane (Indooroopilly & Spring Hill locations). As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring the smooth running of our practice. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled and dedicated healthcare team.
What you'll be doing
Assisting specialist endodontists during dental procedures by handing them instruments, preparing materials, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols
Greeting patients, managing their paperwork, and ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit
Providing high-quality patient care and education, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Performing various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is essential
Must be extremely reliable
Hard-working and a team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner




Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Genuine interest in the dental industry and a desire to provide exceptional patient care
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
