At BAM Window Cleaning, we service high-end residential and commercial properties across Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula. We don't just "wash glass"-we deliver an exceptional, premium experience to our clients. We offer window cleaning, plus all other exterior property cleaning services.

Due to consistent growth, we are looking for a skilled, energetic, and experienced Window Cleaning Technician to join our tight-knit team. This role starts as full-time casual with a clear, fast-track pathway to Full-Time Permanent Employment for the right person, if that's what you want.

Key responsibilities
n
Working both independently and as part of a crew, your daily routine will include:
n

Professional window cleaning (water-fed pole and traditional squeegee methods)
n
Gutter and solar panel cleaning
n
Pressure and Soft Washing of homes and surfaces
n
Frequent ladder, roof, and heights-based work
n
n
About you
n
Because we are a premium service, we maintain high standards. To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:
n
n
Experience: A minimum of 12 months of professional, hands-on window cleaning experience (essential).
n
Location:



Ideally based in the inner or South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne to easily access our primary job sites.
n
Fitness: Physically fit, energetic, comfortable with heights/roof work, and genuinely enjoy manual labor.
n
Client Skills: Exceptionally polite, presentable, and well-spoken. You will be interacting directly with our clients.
n
Logistics: A valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle (for the initial period).
n
Compliance: Hold (or be willing to obtain) a White Card, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and a Police Check.
n
Attitude: Solid attention to detail, great time-management skills, and a willingness to have fun while working hard!
