Job Description
Uni Civil is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for an immediate start to oversee a variety of civil construction projects across New South Wales, including government-delivered and privately delivered civil works. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest quality standard.

Key responsibilities

Lead and mentor site crews, subcontractors and plant operators
n
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, project specifications and quality standards
n
Coordinate labour, plant, materials and daily programming
n
Liaise with project managers, clients, inspectors and stakeholders
n
Complete site documentation, pre-starts, safety inspections and daily reports
n
Promote a positive team culture and maintain high productivity on site
n
About you
n




Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, or in a leading-hand role, within civil infrastructure or earthworks — minimum 5 years
n
Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement plans, drawings and specifications on site
n
Proven leadership of site crews, subcontractors and plant operators
n
Working knowledge of WHS legislation, ITPs and quality requirements, and the ability to enforce them
n
Solid communication and people management skills, with the ability to liaise directly with clients and inspectors
n
Highly alert, attentive and proactive, with excellent problem-solving ability
n
Sound understanding of civil construction methods, programming and daily site documentation
