DV West is seeking the skills of a Project Manager to work in our Central Office located in Penrith, and from home (flexible/hybrid position) to assist and oversee some exciting projects alongside a agile team.

Position Location
This is a hybrid position between working from home and at our central office located in Penrith.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Experience and expertise in managing Specialist Domestic & Family Violence Projects
Demonstrated project management experience including high level written skills
Excellent organisational, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and to work unsupervised
Experience and ability to actively contribute to a culturally safe work environment
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs




Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and adapt when circumstances change.
Sense of humour and flexible approach to changing demands
Demonstrated understanding of policy development processes
EMPLOYMENT AS PER SCHADS AWARD
Pay range from Level 5 Pay point 3 ($***** ph.) per hour plus 12% superannuation and Salary Sacrifice offered.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Confirmation of employment will be subject to candidate's possession of a Current Australian Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check, completed Australian Criminal History Check and provision of COVID-19 vaccination certificate or valid medical exemption, to comply with DV West's Work Health and Safety requirements.
