Design & Build are excited to be bringing to market a unique chance. We are currently representing a national builder as they begin building their first ever South Australia project team. With their first project coming up, a $300m build in the northern suburbs, they are seeking a Design Coordinator to support the project team.

Key Responsibilities
n

Review contract and handover documentation from estimating department
n
Create projects scope for consultant engagement and design parameters
n
Co-ordinate design drawing reviews against contract scope of works
n
Compliance with TP pre-commencement conditions
n
Assessing RBS checklist for BP compliance
n
Shop drawing review and approval
n
Preparing project handovers between departments
n
Manage ******* process
n
Vetting quotes received
n
Take and distribute design meeting minutes
n
n




Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or any other relevant field.
n
Minimum of 2 years' of experience in design or architecture within the construction industry.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
Proficiency in project management and design software and tools.
n
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
n
Ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
n
