About the role
Reporting to the GeneralManager – Marketing & Communications, you will take responsibilityfor marketing the Carinity Home Care portfolio. Workingclosely with the Home Care leadership team, local care managers andservice teams, you'll identify opportunities, develop marketingsolutions and deliver results.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys thinkingstrategically and then rolling up their sleeves to bring the workto life.
You will:
Develop and implement integrated marketing and salescampaigns.
Translate organisational and service strategies intopractical, customer-focused marketing activity.
Support lead generation, customer acquisition, engagementand growth.
Manage campaigns, projects and events from planning throughto delivery and evaluation.
Work across digital and traditional marketingchannels.
Champion the voice of the customer through research,insights and customer-experience initiatives.
Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders,agencies, suppliers, community organisations and strategicpartners.
Help ensure marketing communications consistently reflectCarinity's brand, strategic messages and values.
About you
You are an experienced marketinggeneralist who can see the bigger picture while maintaining closeattention to execution and detail.
You will bring:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a relateddiscipline.
Strong experience developing and delivering end-to-endmarketing campaigns.
The ability to turn strategy into clear, effective andmeasurable activity.
Experience across digital and offline marketingchannels.
Excellent project management, prioritisation andorganisational skills.
Confidence managing multiple campaigns, deadlines andstakeholders.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
An understanding of brand management, customer engagementand lead generation.
The ability to work independently while contributingpositively to a close and accountable team.
A practical, creative and resourceful approach toproblem-solving.
A current driver's licence and a police check or NDISWorker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
Experience in the not-for-profit, aged care, home care orretirement living sectors would be valuable but is not essential.The successful applicant will, however, likely come from a servicesmarketing background.
