Job Description
Four Seasons Sydney is seeking a Part time Overnight Guest Services Officer to welcome guests during the overnight hours, manage front desk operations, assist late arrivals and early departures, and uphold Four Seasons service standards.
This role is part of the Rooms Division and reports to the Front Desk Manager.
You should have outstanding communication, the ability to work independently at night, and a keen eye for detail; OPERA system experience is advantageous.
