Key responsibilities
n
Reporting into the Head of Finance with a dotted line to the business, the role includes:
n
n
provide market and business insights and support the business on financial modelling for business proposals and decision support
n
analyze monthly financial results and business drivers and provide supporting commentary on variances
n
manage the annual budgeting process and analyze economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecasts
n
partner with business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
n
prepare ad hoc presentations for the COO and CFO
n




strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes and systems
n
this is a stand alone role initially with the prospect to recruit a small team within the next 12 months
n
n
The Person
n
n
you will be CA/CPA qualified and have 10 + years experience working in a commercial finance role including FP&A; in a capital intensive industry.
n
prior property development experience is highly desirable
n
strong financial modelling and analysis skills
n
strong communication and interpersonal skills
