You'll take ownership of your role, supporting two Senior Property Managers,being mentored & guided by some of the best leaders in the business!

The Role
Manage a portfolio with Senior Property Manager
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine inspections and manage maintenance
Handle leasing, renewals, arrears and general property management requirements
Coordinate trades and ensure maintenance is handled efficiently
Assist the wider Property Management team with overflow when required
Provide exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of the team
Utilise our modern systems and processes to ensure your portfolio is managed efficiently and seamlessly

About you:
Has previous experience in Property Management
Proficient with Ingoings, Outgoings, Routines
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
Is proactive, solutions-focused and able to work well under pressure
Enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive team
Wants to work for an agency that genuinely values its people
