Retail & Warehouse All-Rounderis a key team member responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of both the warehouse and retail store.
This is a hands-on, wide-ranging position suited to someone beginning their career or an experienced all-rounder looking for a stable role with plenty of variety.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, quick on their feet and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 am–4:00 pm.
No regular weekend or evening work.
As the business continues to expand, there will be opportunities for the right person to take on greater responsibility across warehouse operations, inventory management, retail and e-commerce.
The position involves standing, moving stock and safely lifting cartons throughout the day.
Applicants must be comfortable performing the physical requirements of a hands-on warehouse role.




Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organised, and functional warehouse
Perform regular stock takes and inventory counts
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy
Receive and process incoming stock and deliveries
Price and label products for in-store display
Assist walk-in retail customers with product knowledge and service
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Deliver stock locally as required (company vehicle provided)
Clean glass displays, vacuum store floors, and ensure retail presentation is maintained
Provide general support across warehouse, retail, and admin functions
What Will Help You Succeed

Someone who listens, learns quickly, and takes initiative
A tidy and organised approach to work
Current Australian driver's licence and a safe driving record (essential)
Willing and able to undergo a pre-employment police check.
Any findings will be considered in relation to the inherent requirements of the position.
Good understanding of computers and basic software
Experience or a basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
