Job Description
Monitor and maintain the health of livestock
Operate machinery to conduct seasonal activities
Undertake general farm hand duties and property improvements
About you
Strong work ethic
Must be physically fit
Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted C Class driver's license
Prepared to work extra hours, including weekends, during peak business periods
12+ months relevant work experience and/or a Certificate II in Agriculture is desirable
Preferred candidate is looking for a long-term position
A hands-on role for someone who enjoys farm life and a variety of tasks

A traineeship may be offered for the right candidate.
The main work base is close to Mount Barker with excellent shopping and sporting opportunities, and the coast is only a short drive away

Wilgi Creek is a family operated farm business near Mount Barker WA, running a broadacre cropping and beef cattle operation.
We prefer to train junior team members through formal learning while on the job, providing supported learning across the many facets of our farming operations.
