Lutheran Homes Group in Australia is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team.
Working with the Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support daily living activities.
You will administer medications, assist with wound care, develop and update care plans, and document accurately.
AHPRA registration and at least 6 months experience in acute or aged care are required.
