About the role
As a Trade Assistant, you'll support our CNC Laser Operator and fabrication team while gaining hands‐on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
preparing work areas and materials for efficient task completion
assisting skilled tradespeople with tipper trailer manufacture
ensuring equipment, tools, and supplies are available as needed
maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work setting
following all health and safety protocols at all times




contributing to a collaborative and productive team
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rightsessential
Previous Trade Assistant, manufacturing or workshop experienceessential
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportessential
CNC or metal fabrication experiencehighly regarded
Keen eye for detail and ability to follow instructions
Strong communication skills and team-focused attitude
Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
