The Opportunity
Our client is a growing business with a complex, multi-entity finance function.
This is an excellent chance for a part-qualified Accountant looking to take the next step in a energetic and broad Assistant Financial Accountant role across month-end, management reporting, compliance and process.
This role offers strong exposure to senior executives and non-finance teams, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your business partnering capabilities.
This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover.
We are very happy to wait for a 4 week notice period.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Financial Controller, some of your responsibilities will include:




Assist with month-end accounting, journals, reconciliations and analysis
Prepare monthly management and business unit reporting
Assist with cash flow management and fund transfers
Support statutory reporting, audit, tax compliance and BAS preparation
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiencies
Partner with stakeholders across the broader business
The Expertise
