Business Advisor - Emergency Access & Flow / Cancer Care

We're excited to welcome a Business Advisor to our EAF & Cancer Care Business Management Team.
The Business Advisor will provide a high level of financial and business advisory support to the Finance Business Manager and leadership team to assist in the effective performance and management of services within an environment of growth and change.
Key responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the negotiation and communication with cost centre managers, program managers/directors and representatives to plan and coordinate the delivery of services required by individual programs.
Analyse budgetary trends and prepare annual operating budget and monthly expenditure summaries.
Analyse, monitor and review expenditure and budget forecasts and initiate action in consultation with cost centre managers and service line Finance Business Managers concerning variances and trends.
Analyse and present quality financial, staffing and clinical activity data compared to budgets, targets, benchmarks and key performance indicators.
Initiate, monitor and evaluate administrative work systems and practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services.

comprising salary between $******* - $******* p.a., employer contribution to superannuation ******%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5).
