What Makes this Role Exciting
During the performance of their normal role in facilitating education outcomes, the Principal Lecturer, is expected to focus upon leadership and qualitative improvements in educational processes and programs.
Are You the One?
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ensuring programs, services,



and work practices meet AQTF and RTO compliance requirements.
Demonstrated contribution to continuous improvement, research, and the development of team processes and strategic initiatives.
Proven ability to provide advice to managers on current and emerging trends in education and training.
Demonstrated success in supporting Educational Managers to work with industry, government, and other stakeholders on initiatives with significant operational impact.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
