Pacific Blue is seeking a Credit & Vulnerability Consultant to support our Retail Operations in Melbourne.
This 12-month fixed-term hybrid role focuses on managing credit, collections, hardship and vulnerability matters to deliver fair and sustainable outcomes for customers.
You will work with customers, Financial Counsellors and internal teams to resolve debt, establish payment arrangements and provide tailored support.
